Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Membership

We have no refund or cancellation policy. Once Emerald Garden Club Ltd receives money for membership, the said member cannot cancel their membership. They have the option to renew their membership next year, but they are not eligible for any refund. The management reserves the right to refuse or allow a refund on a case-by-case basis as they deem fit.

2. Accommodation

  • Cancellation With Less Than 10 Days – 100% Of Actual Rent
  • Cancellation With Less Than 12 Days – 50% Of Actual Rent
  • Cancellation With More Than 15 Days – 40% Of Actual Rent
  • Cancellation 18 Days Before Date of Check – Full Refund

3. Party / Marriage Functions & Only Rooms for Marriages

  • Advance Given Will Not Be Refunded
  • Before 30 days – 50% of the estimate given will be payable
  • Less than 30 days – full estimate given will be payable

In case a refund is allowed, Emerald Garden Club Ltd requires 15 business days to process the refund. The money is sent back to the mode of payment used by the client at the time of payment. Any and all bank charges will be borne by the customer.
