Gymnasium Bye Laws

1.The Gymnasium Will Function As Per Timings Given Below
A. 0600 Hrs To 1100 Hrs
B. 1500 hrs to 2100 hrs
2.Members Desirous Of Using The Gym/Health Club Shall Enroll By Signing The Register On Monthly/Daily Basis. Members Will Be Responsible For Any Default In This Regard.
3.Ladies And Gentlemen Are Required To Wear Sports Apparel And Sports Shoes While Using The Gym. Members Improperly Attired Will Not Be Permitted To Use the Gym Facilities.
4.Eatables Are Not Permitted Inside The Gym/Health Club
5.Members Should Not Utilize Machine/Equipment Other Than Treadmills For More Than 5 Minutes To Enable Others Also To Use The Same.
6.Lockers For Temporary Use On Day To Day Basis Are Available In Ladies/Gents Dressing Rooms. No Lockers Can Be Allotted On Permanent Basis.
7.Showers Are Provided In The Gym/Health Club.
8.Members Using The Gym/Health Club Steam/Sauna Bath Are Doing So At Their Own Discretion And Risk. Elderly Persons And Those Suffering From Heart Disease And Blood Pressure Should Consult A Doctor Before Using Sauna, Steam Bath, and Treadmill And Also Before Attempting Any Exercise.
